Nice systematic review in the Journal of Sports Health showing improvements in quality in life in patients with arthroscopic procedures for FAI. I feel like the key here is getting them before they have advanced osteoarthritis.

Proximal, Distal, and Contralateral Effects of Blood Flow Restriction Training

Nice review by Lenny Macrina on a recent study looking at the global effects of BFR on proximal, distal, and contralateral areas of the body. Interesting results with some small changes that are promising for future research.
